SudoWhizzy for Claude Code

Claude Code, on every server you own

Add SudoWhizzy to Claude Code with one command and it can work on your servers from the terminal you already use: set up a fresh VPS, build a Magento or WordPress stack, chase a failing cron or move a shop to a new box. You never hand it an SSH key.

Free plan: one server, read-only. No card needed.

Connect Claude Code to your server in four steps

  1. STEP 1

    Connect your server

Sign up free, name your server in the dashboard and paste the one-line install as root on the server. It shows up online within seconds.

  2. STEP 2

    Add SudoWhizzy to Claude Code

Copy your MCP address from the dashboard and run:

claude mcp add --transport http sudowhizzy https://sudowhizzy.com/mcp/YOUR-ADDRESS
  3. STEP 3

    Check it is connected

Run /mcp inside Claude Code. SudoWhizzy should be listed as connected with its tools. After a plan change, reconnect it there so Claude Code loads the new tools.

  4. STEP 4

    Ask

Try: Look at my server and tell me what you would improve. Claude Code fetches the right playbook and starts with server_facts.

What you can ask Claude Code

Describe the outcome in plain words. Claude Code looks at the server first, explains its plan, and asks you before anything risky.

Set up test-box as a Mage-OS shop at shop.example.com with OpenSearch, Valkey and Let's Encrypt.
Write a small Magento module on the server that adds a CLI command, deploy it and check it works.
The Magento cron stopped two hours ago. Find out why and fix it.
Move the shop from old-box to new-box. Keep the maintenance window under two minutes.
Scan the shop for malware and clean up what you find.

The tools Claude Code gets

Built for running Linux servers and PHP shops, with built-in playbooks for fresh servers, Magento, WordPress, hardening, backups, check-ups, malware cleanup and migrations.

Commands and files

run, read_file and write_file on any of your servers, with every overwritten file kept.

Long jobs

start_job runs installs, compiles and imports in the background; job_output follows them.

Magento and WordPress

list_sites, magento and wp run bin/magento and wp-cli as the site's owner.

Databases

db_query and db_dump use the site's own credentials, so the password never reaches the chat.

Snapshots and rollback

snapshot before risky work, rollback to undo it, and the rollback can be undone too.

Malware scan

Looks for backdoors, skimmers in the database, disguised PHP and suspicious cron entries.

Health

health_report covers disk, memory, failed services, certificates, updates and Magento cron.

Server moves

transfer copies a site straight from one of your servers to another, never through the chat.

Root access, with you holding the keys

Approvals only you can give

Deleting data, dropping databases, touching SSH or the firewall: Claude Code gets a link and waits. Approving needs you signed in on sudowhizzy.com, so text planted in a log or web page cannot approve anything.

Three modes per server

Read-only for looking around, normal for daily work, full trust when you are watching.

Every action logged

Each command, file write and result, with its risk level, in your activity log. Pause one server or all of them in one click.

How approvals and modes work

Tested on real servers

From our own test runs with Claude Code on fresh Rocky Linux 10 servers.

30 min

raw Rocky Linux 10 box to a live Mage-OS shop with OpenSearch, Valkey, cron and Let's Encrypt

56 s

maintenance window when a live shop was moved to a second server (21 minutes in all)

5 of 5

planted attacks found by the malware scan in a 40,000-file shop, with no false positives

Questions about SudoWhizzy and Claude Code

Why not just let Claude Code SSH into the server?

You can, but then it has your key and an unrestricted shell. With SudoWhizzy nothing is stored on your laptop, destructive actions wait for your approval, /etc is saved before changes, every command is logged with its risk level, and you can pause a server or all of them in one click.

What has Claude Code actually done with it?

In our own tests on a raw Rocky Linux 10 box, Claude Code built a Mage-OS shop with OpenSearch, Valkey, production mode, cron and Let's Encrypt in about 30 minutes, and moved a live shop to a second server in 21 minutes with a 56-second maintenance window.

Does it work with several servers at once?

Yes. One MCP address covers every server on your plan. list_servers shows them, and each tool call names the server it runs on, so one conversation can work across all of them.

Do long installs time out?

No. Anything that takes more than a minute runs as a background job on the server through start_job; Claude Code checks on it with job_output, reading only the new output each time.

Also works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and any client that supports remote MCP servers.
