SudoWhizzy is operated by SudoWhizzy Lda, a company registered in Portugal ("we"). These terms are a contract between you and SudoWhizzy Lda.

What SudoWhizzy is

SudoWhizzy connects an AI client you choose (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) to Linux servers you control, through an agent you install on each server. The AI client runs commands, reads and writes files and takes snapshots on those servers through SudoWhizzy.

Your servers, your instructions

You may only connect servers you own or are authorised to administer. Everything the AI does happens because you, or someone you gave your MCP address to, asked for it. You are responsible for what you ask for and for what you approve.

AI models make mistakes. Read what your AI proposes, keep the safety mode that suits the server, and approve only actions you understand. SudoWhizzy asks for your approval before actions it classes as destructive in normal mode; that classification is a safeguard, not a guarantee.

Backups

Snapshots and rollback help you undo changes but are stored on the server itself. Keep your own independent backups. We are not liable for data loss, downtime or damage caused by commands run on your servers, including commands you approved.

Your MCP address

Your MCP address works like a password: anyone who has it can ask for commands on your servers within your safety settings. Keep it private and make a new one from the dashboard if it leaks.

Acceptable use

Do not use SudoWhizzy to attack, scan or access systems you are not authorised to, to send spam, to mine cryptocurrency on servers you do not own, or for anything unlawful. We may pause or close accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Plans renew monthly or quarterly until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period; there are no refunds for part periods. Your AI client is billed separately by its own provider.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep SudoWhizzy running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; we will tell you by email before material changes take effect.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
