Using SudoWhizzy, find out why my site is slow. Measure first: response times for the home page, a category and a product page, load and memory, PHP-FPM and database settings, slow query log, cache status (full page cache, Redis/Valkey, OPcache), and bots in the access log.
Tell me the real causes with numbers, then the fixes in order of impact. Change nothing until I agree.
