Call list_sites to see what kind it is, then follow the other-shops playbook (get_playbook) and the site-checkup playbook as far as it applies. Check the version against what is still supported, the logs, debug settings, cron, and run a malware scan. Tell me what you found in plain words, most important first, with what you would fix now and what needs a plan.
